Welcome to our Coastal Adventure Weekend: Victoria to Tofino Escape! Embark on a breathtaking journey from the historic city of Victoria to the picturesque coastal haven of Tofino. Our meticulously curated 2-night, 3-day tour is designed to provide you with the ultimate blend of relaxation and adventure, all while taking in the stunning landscapes of Vancouver Island.

Highlights of Your Weekend Escape:

Day 1: Scenic Drive & Beachside Camping Embark on a comfortable journey from Victoria, weaving through the towering trees of Cathedral Grove before indulging in a picturesque picnic at a beautiful lake beach en route. As the sun sets, experience the tranquility of Green Point Campground, where our guides will help set up our beautiful campsite. Enjoy a delicious seafood beachside dinner, setting the tone for an unforgettable weekend.

Day 2: Surfing Adventures & Local Discoveries Embrace the thrill of the coast at Long Beach or Cox Bay for the day. This is an open day to do a few options of your choosing:

- Rent a surf board or getting a surf lesson. Our guides can teach you the basics but if you want an instructor in the water with you, this can be arranged. Long Beach is one of the best places in the world to learn how to surf! ($99 for lesson)

- Book a Whale Watching Tour ($159)

- Book a Seaplane tour and see everything from a bird's eye view (starting at $375)

- Book a trip to Hotspring Cove ($230)

- Spend the day at the beach with our guide who will have beach games, and show you special hikes to discover the best views of the coast. Relax on the pristine beaches with no vendors or shops to tempt you away from nature. (Free!)

After a day of activities, we will head to Tofino to explore the town, stop by the brewery for a pint before heading back to Green Point to make dinner and watch the West Coast sunset. 

Day 3: Hiking & Coastal Exploration Delve into the natural beauty of the Pacific Rim with a guided hike into the Rainforest on our way to the south side of the peninsula. Uclulet, an even smaller coastal town hosts the Wild Pacific Trail, offering panoramic views of the rugged coastline.  

On our way home we will check out a stunning waterfall and another Tranquil coastal town on the East side of the island.

No prior camping experience is necessary. Our guides will provide all the necessary equipment and assist you in setting up your campsite. Whether you're a seasoned camper or a first-timer, we've got you covered!

2. What should I pack for the trip?

We recommend packing comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor activities, a swimsuit, a reusable water bottle, sunscreen, and personal items. A detailed packing list will be provided upon booking.

3. Are meals included, and do you cater to dietary restrictions?

Yes, all meals are included in the tour. Our guides will prepare delicious and wholesome meals. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or preferences, and we'll make sure to accommodate your needs.

4. How strenuous are the guided activities?

The guided activities are designed to cater to various fitness levels. Hiking and surfing activities are moderately paced and suitable for participants with a basic level of physical fitness. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out to us for more details.

5. What happens in case of bad weather?

Safety is our top priority. In the event of adverse weather conditions, our experienced guides will assess the situation and make any necessary adjustments to the itinerary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the participants.

6. Can I bring my own camping gear?

While we provide all necessary camping equipment, you are welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

7. Is transportation included from my accommodation in Victoria?

Transportation is provided from a central meeting point in Victoria or Naniamo. If you require pick-up or have specific accommodation-related questions, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist.

8. Is there a minimum age requirement for participants?

The tour is suitable for participants of all ages, but participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Certain activities, such as surfing, may have age or weight restrictions, so please inquire for specific details.

9. How large are the tour groups?

To ensure a personalized experience, our tour groups are limited to a maximum of 6 participants. This allows for individual attention and a more intimate exploration of the stunning Vancouver Island coastline.

10. What is the cancellation policy?

  • Cancel with a full refund 14 days before the tour. Within 7 days you will be refunded 50% and within 7 days there will be no refund.
